Spiderman - “Smart For a Superhero”
January 21, 2009I was hoping that after the “HUGE CHANGE“, Spiderman could go through somewhat of a transformation. No longer old and married, his new college-aged self could stop being whiny and boring, and actually use his awesome powers to have exciting adventures.
So far, it looks like I won’t get my wish. I guess that’s what I get for over-analyzing the Spiderman comic strip.
Spiderman - 01.21.2009

So far, Spiderman has managed to knock himself out with a blast from a fire hydrant that he opened himself, and nearly get unmasked by a six-year-old. I’m not sure that qualifies as being “smart for a superhero”, but I guess some children are easy to impress.

You know there is a free Spiderman game for the pc? The game has Spiderman, Carnage, Venom and more characters from Marvel, X-men, Justice League, and more. It is called MUGEN.

I think Stan Lee should just retire from writing scripts for comics. It’s clear he’s not as talented a writer as Neil Gaiman, Mark Millar, Frank Miller, or Alan Moore.
Oh, and I just noticed the comment about the M.U.G.E.N. game, “Marvel Super Heroes”. That seems like something I’d want to check out.
