It's clear he's not as talented a writer as Neil Gaiman, Mark Millar, Frank Miller, or Alan Moore. Oh, and I just noticed the comment about the M.U.G.E.N. game, "Marvel Super Heroes". That seems like something I'd want to check out. I think Stan Lee should just retire from writing scripts for comics.
