Stupid Criminals - Stupid Superheroes

The criminals in Spider-world are about as dumb as they come. Fortunately for them, the cops and super hero that also inhabit the tow give them a run for their money. While the amazing Spiderman holds off on saving the day so he can setup his camera and make a few bucks, the bad guys are escaping the bank, avoiding the cops who apparently haven’t realized that if they take a few steps to the right, they’ll have a nice clear shot. Speaking of which, is it standard protocol to fire indiscriminately at bank robbers?
Hopefully, we’ll see the return of Super-Pigeon when Spiderman comes back to collect his camera.

Wait, what? So he setup a gun to shoot himself? He’s playing some strange type of three-card poker, and he gets shot with a USB pistol. And how exactly does one cheat at online poker? Meh.

While the cops are being stupid, Spiderman is just confident, if you read the strip, he had reason to be. He got there it time to stop the crooks — BUT the sandman then defeated him. But if Spiderman was there quicker, no difference. In addition, they had to drop the loot, so Spiderman was not stupid, just confident — and in need of cash (which was the pupose of the pictures).
The shooting of the cheating online crooked gambler: it *is* a *joke*. Of COURSE the details that you describe don’t make sense, that is the JOKE. Stupidest comment ever! (Well no, but must be in the top 100).
And the Luann comic may be creepy to you, but it makes sense to me and is not particularly creepy. I think you have a rather strange sense of what creepy (or non-creepy) is, besides missing humor (Online Poker), and no sense of what is stupid or not.
OK, the cops are stupid, but they are not criminals, nor superheroes. So where are the stupid criminals and stupid superheroes. Not shown.
